My first Pétillant Netural (Pet Nat) style wine, and it is quite unique & wonderful. Pear, green apple & honeysuckle on the nose. A naturally sparkling wine, it has a beautuful light effervescence which brings bright strawberry & apple up front with interesting hints of salted lemon. Paired quite well with a fresh tomato basil pasta! ($16) [9/14/21]

Bright notes of strawberry and rhubarb on the nose. Similar on the palate with immense bubbles which lends a nice bread like quality. Great pet nat to open young.
