Day 1: Not nearly as good as the first bottle. Burnt toast, spice, lemon and floral notes. Even at a discount no more bottles will be purchased. 87 points Day 2: Candied pineapple, dust, spice, white flowers a burnt toast. Slight oxidization. Again fine but drink up immediately. 85 points Day 4: Well this was accidently frozen trying to chill a bit and didn't taste on day 3 but on day 4 the best showing of this bottle. Orange peel, …

Minerals, spice, orange peel, meters lemon, spice and lime. Super complex and nice acidity. A very nice surprise for under $30 and while not as good as Delille Estates Chaleur Blanc it is close.
