Alpasión Cabernet Sauvignon

Excellent cabernet sauvignon from Chacayes, Uco valley, I was pleasantly surprised. Deep ruby red color, opaque, notes of black plum, blackberry, black cherry, spicy, eucalyptus, oak, cedar, and a pinch of leather. Wonderful wine, I think it is at it’s peak for consumption, round, buttery soft tannins, medium acidity, wood more perceptible in the palate than the nose, lengthy aftertaste, very enjoyable.
