An incredibly light and easy going rose made in Aube. 100% Pinot Noir. Tasted blind –A fresh array of raspberries, summer strawberries and touch of yeast. Very light and soft extraction. Light bodied with high acidity and low alcohol. Perfect summer wine. Beaujolais from a cool vintage? (78/100)

Third bottle, slightly cloudy lightly orange pale ruby. The nose is barely ripe red berry-cherry, earth and leaves, the palate is poised earthy/acidic/fruity delight, intense yet refreshing. The finish is medium-long and just tannic enough to remind that this wine is mostly red. Perfect for our roast chicken. Best at cool red-wine temperature.
