Excellent- This continues to drink well and is an interesting drinking experience. I swear it shows more reduction now than a couple of years ago. There's something Rieslingesque about it on PnP. Excellent. What ES7E2003 says. This drank beautifully over two nights. Not a typical zippy, fresh Vermentino for patio sipping or apps, this has a real depth of material, some dry extract, and a nearly creamy texture. This reminds me of good examples of southern Rhone white blends that include Roussanne! There is still a citrus zest and mineral freshness, but this is more dense and longer than a typical Vermentino, by far. 14% abv

Lemon, honey and flint. Much rounder, fuller than the 2016, with more discernible heat and very little hint of sea salt. Better on day two.

Fresh and precise. Lime, salt, yellow fleshy fruits. Clean palate with lovely length. Lovely now, but set up well for the medium term too.
