Pinot noir rose from Williamette Velley, Oregon, whole cluster pressed with cool fermentation, 13.5 ABV, not mevushal. Appearance was a dark pink with orange hues and minimal viscosity. Nose was medium intensity, lots of strawberries, candied rhubarb, ruby red grapefruit, flint, petrol, lots of green notes, and ginger. On the palate it was light and fresh, bright with zippy acidity and a nice balance of being mineral driven while still retaining a notable fruit profile.
