I really enjoy this wine. Juffer’s recent note is dead-on. Lots of interesting oxidative nutty, saline notes. But now something akin to a cidery fruit in the foreground.

Nose of pear cider has become much more noticeable than I recall. Still has an interesting element of lees and nuts as well. Light weight. Refreshing slightly funky finish. Very enjoyable.

Nutty, very slightly leesy nose, but not in the mouth so I may be confused on what is creating the yeasty lactic aromas. Light to mid weight mouth. Good acidity with tangerine on the finish. Excellent balance. Still feels young.

Beautiful wine. Saline and iodine all the way through - something about it reminded me of fresh uni. Well balanced and good finish. I would buy more in a heartbeat!
