Château Moutte Blanc Bordeaux Supérieur Hope

Tastes more mature than it is, a very pleasing wine. Not overly complex, but elegant, especially on the nose of violets and some forest. Body feels lighter (though 14%), not too complex, easy drinking. Good rounded/not too dry mouhth feel, tannins suprisingly supple. Superb day-to-day wine, and a pleasant one for a special occasssion.
