Domaine Bruno Sorg, Riesling Grand Cru, Florimont

Vaguelly recall strong lychee sweetness on the nose, and a sweet taste of apricot and citrus. Really enjoyed and will buy again.

My first Alsace Riesling, and I'm hooked already. Most other dry Rieslings that I have tasted have been Australian. The mineral presence in the Alsace adds more interest for my palate. In addition to the mineral, there are definite Lemon-Lime aromas but not dominating like some of the Australian Rieslings that I have tasted.
