A blend of 40% cabernet sauvignon, 40% merlot and 20% Istrian Borgonja (i.e. gamay). Gosh, this is bizarre. The nose reminds me of a 1960s sweet shop with aromas of Trebor fruit salad, bubblegum, play-doh and roses. The palate is just as odd, but curiously moreish.
