Lots of ripe black fruit aromas with pronounced new oak spice. Same flavor profile on palate, showing lots of good fruit, even if slightly firm and a bit oak driven on finish.

The wood treatment makes it difficult to enjoy the fruit on this wine, which seems to be lovely. Left in the fridge for another day to see whether or not it integrates, and it didn't.

Served by Brooklynguy. The nose showed suntan lotion and new oak. The palate showed red candy and a creamy texture. If there were any good raw materials here, I can't tell. Completely obliterated by oak.
