Labeled as "La Demoiselle - l'éphémère - XVII". 100% Viognier from a 60-yo vineyard in Ardèche. Gently pressed into two old oak barrels, aged for 20 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and without any added SO2. 14% alcohol. Luminous and quite pale lemon yellow color.
