We had this at a tasting and the bottle had been open for 30 minutes without carafe/decant. It needed 4 hours. The wine still needs to age 3 years, but it is good. Definitely give it plenty of air if you drink it in the meantime. Nose: red, "dusty" Taste: Dry, nice acid, very firm tannins, flavor of dark cherry and almond with notes of cedar.
