Deep, cloudy, murky yellow-brown color with no head. Aromas of rusted iron, rose hips, some bretty dirt, a little root vegetable and a hint of Brie cheese. Quite sour and crisp on the palate with flavors of dry mead, rose hips, some wild yeasty notes, a little sweet caramel malt and bretty hints of leather and mushrooms.
