Casa Larga Riesling Fiori Ice Wine

Again, just had a few sips of this one as it was quite popular. I appreciate the level of acidity that riesling naturally brings to this. It's sweet, but a bit more balanced for that. Was very popular with the crowd. For an ice wine fairly reasonably priced. Enjoyable.

Nice acidic balance to this wine. It's a bit single-dimensional. Get some reasonable citrus - more on the lemon/lime/not quite ripe orange or pineapple side than anything else. I also get a touch of the less fruit flavored side of things - maybe a touch of leaf, milkweed. This wine is fine, but less wonderful than I remember it being during the tasting. Less sweet than I expect from a dessert wine.
