Château Moncontour Vouvray Demi-Sec

Not bad, but not as good as Sauvion Vouvray

As the "demi-sec" suggests, this is distinctly on the sweet side, but it does have nice tangy acidity to match. The fruit is slightly tropical, somewhat lemony, and there's a mild and not unpleasant chalkiness in the texture. Has a bit of steely minerality and a nutty finish.
