Pale straw color with green hues. Neutral aroma, with green apple on the nose and citrus flavors. Mineral tones. Light body. Bright acidity yet balanced. Brief taste, clean finish. Pairing: salmon, roasted chicken.

Light yellow color. Aromas of lemons, minerals and white flowers. Surprisingly ripe, well-balanced focused fruit in the mouth with very good depth and length. I found this bottle to be very close in quality to the 2008 Drouhin Premier Cru Chablis I drank recently.

Clear lemon color with a pleasant nose with hint of must. Flavor was abundant with hints of apple, spice and mineral. Dry with medium acidity, complex and medium body with long finish. A nice wine. Tasted as part of wine course.

Tasted immediately after opening and a little overchilled. Lemon and mineral nose. Lemon, the slightest hint of sweetness and a flinty finish. Light texture and body initially but it is filling out as it warms. Very good.

Burghound in Asia Grand Tasting (St. Regis, Singapore) : Not as ripe as I would imagine 2009 to be. This was quite light bodied, clean and yet with the Chablis steely character. Good for its level.

Joseph Drouhin Pre-sale at Block 7 Wine Co. (Houston, TX) : Smooth lemon and chalky mineral palate. Excellent acidity without coming across too tart. Really nice AOC-level Chablis, perfect for an everyday white.
