Three hour decant. Very deep dark electric magenta color. Cassis, dark chocolate, poppyseed, underripe plum, and subtle herbal floral. Smooth, dry palate, with silty acidity. Firm tannins on the longish finish. Herold makes this. My score is just a placeholder because this is so youthful. The fruit is very much in the background at the moment.
