Over ripe blackberries, over ripe blueberries, fresh thyme. Vanilla, black pepper, cocoa and smoked wood. Pretty oak driven but thankfully shy of being jammy/sugary. Great structure here. Full bodied with young, medium + tannin. Developing. Age this 5+ years and you will be rewarded.
2019 vintage
