Starts with a shot of strawberry candy up front before moving very quickly into a low noted and dense core that dominates, earth and mineral and slight tar like a nebbiolo. Finish is bright, extended on a good balance between bright acidity and chewy tannin.

Ok this is a serious wine and a great value. Funk, minerals, red currant fruit, earth, dust and tar. Medium to long finish and wow!
