Goosecross Cellars 20th Anniversary Sparkling Rosé

Needs to be very cold (45-50 degrees F) for maximum enjoyment. Beautiful dark rose color in the flute. Strawberry flavors with notes of yeast.

Beautiful ruby color and yeasty aroma. This wasn't sweet like a sparkling rose, but it wasn't dry either. I was expecting something a little more in the way of flavor. Have one more bottle left in the cellar, will probably give it away.

Nothing spectacular. Hints of raspberry and light citrus. Clean finish. Not a big drinker of sparkling wines but this just seemed OK.

I don't drink much sparkling wine, so I will not offer a score. Ruby red grapefruit/cranberry in color. Strawberries, cherries, and etoh on the nose. Grapefruit and slight banana? on the palate w/ noticeable acid and a touch of heat. Good but not great in my limited experience.
