Frizzante. Chablis? If the label says so, but I don't recognize it as such. To the cooking wine bin.

Yellowing. Perhaps a bit frizzante. Not sure what to make of this. May improve with 1 - 2 yrs ageing, may not. Whatever it's supposed to be, I don't think it's achieved. Not Chablis as I know it. Not even sure a blind tasting would recognize as Chardonnay - maybe an Italian varietal such as Gavi.

Quite fresh and punchy, open. May gain more precision over a year.
