2 hours in the decanter did open it up slightly. But this one needs more time in the cellar. It has the length and body for at least five years of ageing. Good balance, discreet oak and nice acidity. Floral with green apples and a hint of butter. The pairing with a mushroom risotto was good, though the mushrooms would have blended even better with a bit of heavier oak. At 14 euros this is really good value for money …
