Following a 8 Hour fermentation the grapes are matured for 10 months in cask without yeast addition. “This wine is quite restrained on the nose with lots of peachy fruit, very refreshing however. The wine shows a lovely definition of fruit and clarity to the palate. Great depth and a very lengthy finish with a touch of lees contact. Drinking now but really probably needs another couple of years to show its full potential, drink from 2011-2017.”
