Fattoria di Bacchereto Carmignano Terre a Mano

A blend of biodynamically farmed Sangiovese (75%), Canaiolo (15%) and Uva Francesca aka. Cabernet Sauvignon (10%). Fermented in concrete tanks, aged for 18-24 months in 350-liter French oak barrels and then blended together back in concrete tanks. Bottled after 36 months of aging. 14,5% alcohol. Luminous, very deep and quite concentrated ruby red color with a hint of developed pomegranate hue.
