Was worried this may be past its prime, but it still has legs. That said, the fruit is a little thinner than I remember and night #2 showed some fading, so I'd drink these sooner than later if you have any left.

5th Annual Open the Bottle Night and Eros Vertical Tasting (Carlson's Cellar) : A close runner-up to the 2008 during the Eros vertical tasting (2004-2008). More complex than your typical Eros, with several different berries popping up in the comments of the tasters. Well integrated tannins and a nice finish.

Tasted in vertical of 2003-2007. Won WOTN amongst the men. Really picking up the cab sav in this with complex berries. Took about 30-40 minutes after opening to hit it's stride, but continued to develop over the evening. Smooth with great finish. EROS is back with this vintage!
