Bruliam Chardonnay Heintz Vineyard

Tasting of candied pears. A front of mouth experience, with light flavor and very nicely balance acid and mineral. A very nice drinking experience, which paired well with salmon in cream sauce and blue cheese dressing. The wine held up well throughout the dinner. The wine has enough flavor and fortitude that it would have been fine on its own. welcomed.
