Light, crisp, well balanced minerality. An extremely nice Rose. Not sweet, so matches well with a number of savory chicken and fish dishes. Perfect with appetizers on a lazy summer day.

Very nice! Crisp and dry with some berry notes. We had BBQ glazed fish tacos and would have been better with a different dish. Too much smokey flavor with the fruit in the rose. Still very good!
