Lemon, key lime, wet stones, flint, white flowers, brioche, and a crazy cheesecake (maybe yogurt) note that builds on the back palate. Really lovely.

Fresher with more black/red fruit on the nose. Lemon, hint of blackberry, fried figs touch of sweet pie pastry. Similar on palate. Good energy but still a nice depth to flavour. 93+

fine bubble stream. platinum gold, in color. there is a touch of raspberry in the aromas along with flowers and stone fruits. pear, peach, red apple, lime peel, lemon zest, fill the palate. final sips of tangerine juice and lime tart. 9986 bottles produced. Brut nature high acidity, quite lean, cleanly bruised apple, toasted hazelnut, lemon peel, salinity, no trace of oak. Much better on day two, vibrant and fresh with balanced toasty flavors. 92

No disgorgement date available; 3g/L dosage. Fruit is quite ripe with rich brioche and toast. Some white fruits and florals follow. Short finish with a nice cut, interestingly reminiscent of Savart's signature finish. Definitely identifiable as a grower wine, but I would have liked a touch more tension and precision.

50% Pinot Noir from Montagne de Reims and 50% Chardonnay from Côte des Blancs, all Grand Cru and from 2018. Fermented only in stainless steel and bottled in July 2019 before being disgorged in the summer of 2023 with zero dosage. Just under 10,000 bottles made in total. At first there’s a big hit of red apple, green apple, lemon, lime, lemon curd, fresh hazelnut, almond and white flowers. There’s some disturbing bitterness from grapefruit pith and apple pith, but …

Medium golden in the glass. Nice richness on the nose, but not over the top - has that bright citrus fruit complimented by notes of bread & butter. Medium-bodied with zippy acidity and moderate alcohol. Nice layers to this. Moderate finish.

Fine and good champagne. A racy, tight style that is outside my range. It reads aggressive and forceful to me.

Medium plus nose shows white flowers, tangerine, dried almond, grippy palate is a little too acid driven and low dosage for the average consumer. Good choice to geek out on, might be hard to sell.

76% Chardonnay, 26% Pinot Noir. From the Cote des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. Nose evocative of key lime, yogurt, koji, cheesecake, sweet brioche, lemon and apple. . Majestic palate, not super robust but very giving, with the citrus showing a pithier and zestier note. A nice grip like chewing on some Granny Smith apple skins, and some flinty reductive qualities
