Not a lot on the nose. Sour citrus up front, but not tart. Then some biscuity notes started coming through. Medium length. This is a pleasant fizz but not memorable like the Camel Valley Rose which truly stands out.

Light, fresh and quite engaging despite it being quite simple. We believe this will be a crowd pleaser of a bubbly. Would work very well as an aperitif.
