Color: Opaque Violet Nose: Cherry, blackberry, molasses, oak with hints of cedar Palate: Cherries, chocolate, vanilla, and spice Finish: Light to medium bodied with chalky tannins and nice balance of acidity leading to a longer than expected cherry finish Thoughts: This wine surprised us with the complexity, spice and overall balance and taste.
