Slate, graphite, vanilla, honeydew mellon, wet gravel on the nose. Full bodied. Medium acidity. Medium plus finish. Palate has hints of charred oak and vanilla with strong minerality. The flavor profile leans a little more oak than I prefer. Drinking nicely, but I'd consume within the next 12 months.
