Teutonic Wine Company Riesling Medici Vineyard

Green apples, salted limes, stems and a touch of herbs on the nose. Green skinned fruits and spice on the palate with high acidity. Should hold up for a long time. I'm digging it.

North facing, high elevation Pinot Gris. Has RS as well but you don't really feel it. North face is the secret there. Keeps it colder, draws things out, slows it down. the fruit will be ready to pick sometimes but the brix never go down. It just holds it like a burly dude. Such darn intense structure and acidity.

Hard to know if that is supposed to be dry or not or is just the way it is.
