Opened to have a decent wine to add to a sauce, this was still quite tasty so it was good both in the sauce and to drink later in the evening. A bit light tasting but still well balanced and not bad at all.

Popped and poured sans edibles. Dark burgundy color. Nose has faded. Initial flavor was sharp and acidic. Fruit is thin, if non-existent. Still it was potable and decent. Cheese as an accompaniment is recommended. Do not hold, and imbibe with food. As this wine aired out over a few hours, the fruit started to come through, though still weak. Will try on Day 2 and give an update. Second night, no perceptible change. Still a decent, light, Burgundy-like wine.

Needs time to decant, cork was about 10% bled through. Wine is light and slightly acidic with a short finish. Still has reasonable tannins, still drinkable ordinary wine.

Bought this at a closeout at yea local wine store, ruby color, cherries some bell pepper on the nose, mouth feel is very elegant, with some nice acidity. Palate is a combination of candied, sour cherries and blackberry with an oaky finish. Tannins are evident and lend a pucker factor on the finish, very food friendly wine

Good midprice red. Memory fuzzy, need to try this again. Maybe 84-86.
