Winzer Krems Riesling Reserve Kremser Kreuzberg

Medium yellow. Soft and round and easy-drinking with almost Grüner-like flavors of yellow apples, lentils and lemon.

Bright lemon-hued. Aromas of cream, flint, graphite, mango, orange, papaya, petroleum, and pineapple. Citrus and minerals on the palate. Medium body with high acidity. Simultaneously crisp and creamy mouthfeel, with a clean, zesty, mineral finish. Solid, dry Riesling.

Apples and petrol. Pale yellow. Nothing earth-shattering, but it's a nice everyday drinker. Sweetness level is in check, but you can still tell it has some RS. On my personal bone-dry scale, this is just veering into off dry. Was OK day after too, a little hint of bitter oxidative note, but it held up pretty well.

A dry wine with apple notes and resin in the nose, shy fruit and short finish. An awkward wine that comes out with air and improves.
