Drank with goldfish crackers. Fizzy, acidic with apple and raspberry flavors. It almost tastes like drinking white wine. It's made from Marechal Foch, Cabernet and Frontenac grapes, and the Foch dominates. You can barely taste the Frontenac flavors at all, I think. The flavors are good, but there isn't enough tannin to balance the acid. Drink it yesterday, would be my advice.
