Having enjoyed several white Bordeaux recently I grabbed this perhaps in too much of a hurry, without realising that it is 100% sauvignon blanc. This obviously means that the flavour profile is more acidic and less rich and rounded than blends with semillon, and this emphasised to me where my preferences lie. Tasted blind at BBR in a line of either BDX/Rhone or New world. Grassy, sauvignon blanc dominated wine (later we found out its almost 90%). Almost no colour. Very high acidity, very cool climate wine and we picked it as the Bordeaux with certainty. Maybe it needs time but for now it has quite a few harsh edges for us. 86
