Finca Libertad Pinot Noir Vino de la Tierra de Castilla

Very fruit forward. Opened up after it sat for a while. Could definitely hold onto for a few years. Really enjoyed this wine.

This Libertad is an enormously aromatic, tannic and powerful Pinot Noir. It shows early intense Pinot Noir flavours, with balanced oak and solid tannins. it will age much better than other tasters have predicted, this wine should last easily 5-10 years in cellar with much improvement potential expected. it appears to be much more pronounced in all these aspects than its 2010 version. This wine has really opened up in the past 10+ weeks since the last bottle was consumed. A much longer nose and additional complexity in taste was experienced the second time around.
