A Chingao Vineyards y Envinate Vidueño de Santiago del Teide

Pale garnet. Incredibly light and translucent - given the red/white blend of Listan Prieto and Listan Blanco. Some barnyard funk, but not bad. This blows away and allows you to push through towards cherry, smoke, cola, and a slightly saline wet rock smell. Volcanic to the core. Light bodied, substantial (medium-high) acidity just enough grip to give it some complexity. Long finish. Wonderful. Incredible pairing for roasted pork loin with mojo. Drink now or within 5 years, I'd say.
