This is the Oakville, Missouri Hopper Cabernet from Jacquelynn. One of my all time favorite Cabs. It's outstanding on all levels. Incredibly fragrant, highly polished yet weighty and harmonious cassis and mocha all the way through the finish. I could still taste the highlights the next day. Very memorable and amazing. I tasted this side by side with the To Kalon and liked this better. -- Consumed at at cellar temp: 60°-65° F. Friends don't let friends drink red wine …
