Ordered off the by the glass list at Mistral. This was expected to pair with Oysters, Deviled Eggs, a bite of burger, a bite of croque madame, and some lamb gyro. I must say it was quite multi-faceted as it handled each of those easily. Light and good acidity and nice berry flavors. Very easy.

Tart strawberry and minerals on the nose. The color is a soft pink, like a grenache based rose'. The palate is more of those tart strawberries and under ripe raspberries with almost chalky minerality. Fine persistent bubbles that last. Went absolutely perfect with our fat grilled boneless pork chops.
