Nice golden yellow color Nose of ripe stone fruits with a fresh green accent from cut hay and herbs Herbs, peach and salinity make for a really nice and round structure that manages really well to stay interesting throughout the bottle.

Zibibbo (Muscat d'Alexandrie) in purezza grown in the Marsala-zone. Native yeast, a couple of days of skin maceration, then pressed of to cement tanks. Slightly hazy, yellow color. Right out of the bottle the nose shows ripe peach, orange peel, tropical fruits and grapey Muscat-aromatics. Some sea breeze, Mediterranean herbs and a slight volatile lift. Bone dry with medium(+) acidity and a medium(-) body. The skin contact gives a nice texture to the wine. Very good intensity on the palate …
