It seems like it could use more acidity when consumed solo, though it was still good foil for a petrale sole dish.

I know nothing about this varietal other than it is grown in Burgundy in small amounts. This wine has good color, nice flavors and medium acidity. It is like an un-oaked Chardonnay with a nice light body. A wine to drink not age. Very enjoyable. The winery notes state: "Crushed into press. Fermented by native yeasts in concrete amphora and moved to neutral barrel for malolactic. Aged for 17 months on its lees. No filtration. 20ppm SO2 at bottling."
