Valentina Cubi, Amarone della Valpolicella, Classico Morar

Fully mature, not bad an Amarone made in a more elegant style but it still has the prunes & cooked taste

Medium garnet in the glass. I opened several bottles of this (6-7) and can conclude that this wine is no an Amarone that should age. The nose is already showing borderline full development and the palate seems like it's curated to be a "smashable" Amarone, if one can say that for a 16% abv wine.
