Munskänkarnas favourite Syrah, this time we had this during a blind tasting wrapping up the latest course. Smoked meat, paprika, black pepper, blackberries.

Great wine, full bodied and full of character. Still primary, with the faintest hints of butterscotch. Intense exotic, peach and apricot notes, delicious. Long and complex. Drinking perfectly now, will become more tertiary, caramel notes will develop from here.
