Tasted blind A: Pale ruby with garnet hues N: Perfumed. Violets perhaps. charred wood, raspberry, cherry P: Dry, medium (+) acid, tannin, body, intensity and a medium finish for me. C: Drink now but good potential for aging. Very Good Quality wine. It is ATYPICAL for wines of this region. $50/bottle. Pegged this for something Italian from the North but was way off

Tasted blind. Clear, bright, medium ruby with some garnet on the rim. The nose is clean, with red cherry, black cherry and some vanilla and sweet baking spices. The nose is medium in intensity an developing. The palate is dry, with jammy red fruit, and some licorice on the finish. This wine has medium acidity, medium (+) tannins and medium alcohol (13%).
