Very fair fine for that price range. Pale color, not yet brownish. Still lots of wood and greenery, but it does show the age. Feels short in the mouth. Pretty good rpq still!

Ça pinotte bien. Nice nose. In the mouth, still quite some bitterness and tannins at the end. I feel like this needs another 2-3 years. Fair wine for the price.

Excellent, mature Pinot from Les Bressandes, one of the larger appellations located in northern Beaune. Very pale almandine in the glass. Delicate aromas of wild raspberry and strawberry are met with notions of wet earth, dill and violet. Soft, velvety and integrated tannins combined with robust and refreshing acidity give a lovely mouthfeel. Not even a hint of noticeable alcohol. Flavours are smooth and long with dried red fruit and fresh herbs. Drinking well now through 2026

This blew my socks off - you could smell the aromas from halfway across the room as soon as the cork came out. This had a very high acid backbone, but more than enough raspberry, red cherry and wild strawberry fruit to back it up. Little sign of development - but not much need for it to cut through the fatty Boeuf Bourgignon & Confit de Canard we paired it with. Delicious, silky, and elegant.
