Popped and poured. Light straw colour. Fortunately much easier on the oak than 07 Vaudésir I had a while back. No problem pinning this down as a Chablis; sea shore, white fruit and chalk. High acidity, but balanced nicely by the fruit. Good to go now, but will no doubt mellow out after a year or two in the cellar. Enjoyable!
