For some reason I liked my second bottle much better than the first. Still not a favorite though.

Dark almost black with purple reflections. You immidiately pick up on the Syrah notes. Blackberry and a bit balsamic nose. Cassis dark plum and sweet with violet herbal notes. Soft full flavor with some spicy licorice in the finish. This is not my style and i do not understand the blend or Sangiovese and Syrah, that I feel detracts the potential elegance of the Sangiovese.
