WWC - CH (Fort Worth Club) : Tasted blind - light straw in the glass, another muted/soft nose, with hints of lemon peel. Soft on the palate. I didn't know where to go on this, certainly didn't get a chardonnay. Guessed a Loire Valley chenin blanc.

This wine was a restrained chardonnay that went great with fish, and wasn't particularly chablis-like. There was a bit of minerality.

Slight tropical fruit notes. Dryness at the back end. Slight mineral . Paired with oven baked halibut with buerre blanc. Perfect.
